In his first foray as a writer/director, Woody Harrelson shot LOST IN LONDON in a single take, challenging traditional filmmaking conventions to take audiences on a unique live-wire journey through a night in his life. 300 crew members and 500 extras came together to pioneer a new and unique live-cinema experience that saw the film shot in real time and transmitted simultaneously into theaters. The comedy draws a new line between real and surreal with Harrelson’s live misadventure through London for an honest look at fame, family and faith. Harrelson finds himself drifting from a spirited encounter with Owen Wilson at a club to the wisdom of the Texas Dalai Lama, Willie Nelson, in prison. His resolve is tested over the course of the night as he is faced with the true nature of what it means to make a connection with the demanding world around him.
