Not worth the $, but worth one view. Unrealistic escalation. However, subtle harassment is quite an issue in America and growing due to polarization.
A few moments of hair-raising parallels drew me in, considering I've experienced similar forms of threats by local police & far-right neighbors.
I perceive those who view this as 'woke' propaganda as downplaying the abuse many vulnerable people face in this country still. As well as those who completely agree with this film are focusing on overt dangers that occur rarely. The meaningful take away is the reinforcement of the 'Castle Doctrine'. We ALL deserve to feel safe in our homes.

Very disappointing to see Thandie Newton in this role. I am hoping it was just a role for her and not what she really believes. it is a shame that this has become our level of entertainment. nothing but countless woke messaging and of course how white people are in a club and are evil.

An hour and 42 minutes of my life I will never get back. When the main character loses everything ... she decides to strike back. They also utilize the show as an opportunity to make a political statement that falls flat. The movie drags out so bad... yet somewhere somehow, I believed it would redeem itself. ... NOT!

Great cast and really had my hopes up for this one. In the end (which was also bad), I think this movie is a hard pass unless you are suffering from insomnia and then it might help you.

This film is a gorgeous piece of art that probably hits uncomfortably home in its sense of realism at how awful human beings can be.
Also I assume all the low star ratings are from people whom this film terrified with the possibility that the power they wield over and against other people could be flipped and the tide turned against them. And people who hate dogs also.
