    The movie was a great ride, but whoever did this video, messed up. I noticed it at first when half of the intro was cut off. Later in many scenes, tops of heads began to disappear. I did enjoy the story, but glad afterward I had only rented it. If it's a video you plan on keeping, find another source.

    I am an amateur Mob historian, and always on the lookout for feature that tell the true story of its origins. I saw this movie and found that, aside from being terribly miscast, the one of the biggest things missing was... anything resembling historical accuracy. The final scene was so terribly "Hollywood" - pure fiction - that I actually verbally assaulted my television. Sad. Not with your time if you feel that historical dramas should contain historical accuracy.

    MOBSTERS is an outstanding and remarkably realistic tale of how a few young brilliant criminal minds combined to create Organized Crime in the USA. The film offers superb casting, an exceptionally well written script, absolutely classic direction, an unobtrusive score, and flawless editing. MOBSTERS is a definite "must see" for Godfather, Goodfellas, Bugsy fans.
