Alone Yet Not Alone

Enthuse Entertainment does a great job putting this film together. It does well depicting the historical events surrounding this plot. I greatly appreciated how the writers chose to include a brief synopsis of what happened to the nonfiction characters before the official end credits. It would have been nice if William Ross was able to compile a musical score soundtrack that listeners could enjoy. The musical score to this film is beautiful. I am upset that the "Alone Yet Not Alone"'s Bruce Broughton had to break The Academy's rules about promoting the song. This song would have no doubtedly won an Oscar if not received an Oscar nomination, which it did before Broughton broke The Academy's simple rules.

From the beautiful theme song sung by Joni Erickson, the incredible widescreen cinematography, the fascinating (and true!) story of family, war, terror and survival to the ultimate redemptive message, this superb movie has it all! I love Christian movies, but unfortunately a lot of them suffer from lack of budget and seasoned talent . Then along comes this beautifully ambitious historical drama to bust the myth that Christian movies can't be made with the same quality of mainstream features! I can't recommend this strongly enough!
