I loved this very much. Watched it on Netflix and then bought it on iTunes. There are tiny intros (< 1 min) about how they were made, and I enjoyed hearing how the artists were inspired to make these. Good mix of goofy (pun intended), funny and very moving stories - some I have never seen before. I remember the story of the match girl when I was young and it showed me to be more aware and compassionate. Disney made such a beautiful and moving version, I cried. According to Nessie, that's ok. :) Highly recommended.

You have to skim through the ones you don't want to watch! That is GARBAGE!
  • Horrible! Not for young children.

The first few films are sad or dark. Tango with the cat is not for children. I was surprised that short film was added when kids are the ones who watch it. Also The Match girl was very sad at the end the little girl dies . I became very furious when I began watching this movie just because of the short films in the beginning. Did not bother to finish the movie.

Do not buy if you have kids. This movie is truly awful. There are artist interviews between each episode. What kid wants to watch and interview? Also the movie is not rated. This is for a reason. Some of the stories are entirely inappropriate. One of the first cartoons has s homeless little girl freezing/starving to death! Another includes some kind of demonic devil cat. The Frozen short at the very end is nice but it's only 5 minutes long.
  • One File, Not Separate Movies. Lame format.

In order to toggle through the films, you have to access it through the iTunes Extra Menu. I’d much prefer to have them organized in the separate film files. Dislike: on the organization. Content is good.

Wow Lorenzo is not a good short. The little match girl is so sad. And prep and landing is horrible. But feast,John Henry, tick tock tale, paper man, and get a horse was good. How to hook up your home video and the ballad of Nessie were good. Tangled ever after was good. Frozen fever was annoying but good.

Good value. Each short is excellent and the pre short commentary by the creators is informative and adds depth to the individual stories.
