Some of the greatest things come in small packages. I was a little hesitant in making this purchase since I’m not typically into short docs, but this piece delivered. A meditative poem on life, this film explores what makes the people of Ikaria (an island in Greece) live such full and long lives, but it’s really at its core this is a reflection on our own lives and how we (Basically everyone else on the planet) could be better off. …booking my one-way ticket to Greece as I write this review!

This film tugs at the heartstrings while teaching us so much. I feel like I was on vacation while watching it, which is exactly what you should feel after learning about such an enchanted place. Can’t wait to visit some day!
