Description

In an action-packed drama reminiscent of ‘80s techno-sci-fi thrillers, Jackie Chan stars as Lin, a police inspector in modern Hong Kong. While tracking down a deranged, mecha-enhanced villain, Lin discovers that a geneticist’s lost bio-chemical invention has been surgically implanted into his missing daughter.

This movie is so bad that I’m sure Jackie Chan, himself, wouldn’t give it more than two stars himself.
  • Boring!

Special-effects and fight scenes are very good, but the story is lame and it is boring. Recommendation: Only rent this one if it costs $0.99 cents.
  • Not worth the rental

Glad this was a rental and not purchase. Terrible movie, not up to the standard of Jackie Chan. Everything about the movie was terrible, story line made no sense, while Jackie actually spoke, his coactors' voices were dubbed over and then ending was the worse. come on Jackie, you can do better than this.
  • Great movie.

Americans may not get some of the scenes due to cultural differences. If you do understand then this movie is a blast. The actions are great.

I can accept a lot from a Jackie Chan film, but this one I couldn't watch beyond the first 15 minutes. So dumb it looses its fun.

If we could give it no stars we would. Disappointed that this Jackie Chan movie doesn’t even come close to his previous movies.
