This is a brilliant film showing the power of transformation that's possible through coaching! This film puts the real in real life as people face the hardest parts of themselves and step into their courage. Change is hard and LEAP shows us that progress is messy and beautiful at the same time. It was captivating to watch people accept and understand the influence that hardships and heartbreak had on their lives and then step into the flow of their lives more fully by taking the LEAP!

“Look before you leap:” is an age-old adage that works in many areas of our lives but isn’t needed to watch “Leap – the coaching movie.” The story lines are familiar to us all and, at times, so personal that they’re a bit uncomfortable and hard to believe. This is precisely why everyone should take a look. The participants placed their trust and faith in the process, producers and coaches – and each story delivers a fantastic result. So, take the leap on this and watch the movie – you’ll enjoy one of the safest landings of your life!

I don't know where to start! As an LGBTQ Life and Leadership Coach it really spoke to me on so many levels for why I became a life coach and the passion I have for it! Precious' story was one that really spoke to me and the coaching sessions she attended resonated with me. I applaud the makers of this movie and encourage all life coaches to watch this film as well as those who are interested in hiring a Life Coach!

Personal and Professional Coaching received a well deserved treatment of the modern industry of coaching by highly trained professionals with years of training, certification and experiences with individuals that seek a service that other practices and programs don’t offer. Coaching is most effective as a compliment to numerous practices. The documentary features incredibly beautiful setting be it modern corporate high rise to the main center high above the ground. I found this video succeeds in getting a central message across and I believe this is just the beginning of a small wave of stories that present the things that are possible in our pursuit of happiness.

There are few movies out there that inspire you to take action and make the changes needed to get the life you have always wanted. You don’t have to settle. You also don’t need to think that you are the only person with problems. The Leap Movie will help you see a new path and that is the beginning of change!

I gained the greatest value from Leap in the first few minutes when Carter-Scott described the difference between coaching, therapy, consulting and mentoring. However, I expected more examples of HOW to coach. And I did not come away from Leap with that. It’s a nice film and all, just not what I was expecting.

I absolutely loved this documentary. It was not only inspiring to watch how change was evoked in all of the clients, but it was inspiring to watch the coaches in action. As a new coach myself, it helped me to see the importance of the profession and how we all need a coach at some time in our lives. The courage the clients embraced was heartwarming! I will watch it multiple times!
