John Woo, the acclaimed action film auteur, teams with Dolph Lundgren in “Blackjack.” U.S. Marshal Jack Devlin (Lundgren) attempts to protect a young woman from gangsters. Unfortunately, Devlin’s ability to do his job is restricted after an explosion temporarily blinds him. Devlin finds his courage tested to its limits as he struggles to protect another innocent mob victim.
