This film caught my attention in the film festivals. I just love this movie. The performances by the actors is stellar. Oh, and if you are a fan of Mexican cinema, there are some Mexican acting royalty in this. Not to mention David Castro from Shadowhunters, William Miller from The 100, and Paulina Gaitán from Narcos. For a truly independant film, everything was simply top notch. The writing, direction, production design, cinematography... everything was just beautiful. The story is something we can all relate to and the fact that this is based on a true story just makes it all the more endearing. Not only is this movie hilariously funny but it also shows so much depth and heart that it brought tears to my eyes. I'm so happy it's available now so I can watch it over and over again.
