Wrong Turn

I did it again and fell for a remake/reboot. Nothing like the original films in terms of pacing or overall story. Now I will say this if it wasn’t called “ Wrong Turn” and called “The Foundation” instead I would ply give it a 2 or maybe a 3 star review. My point though don’t watch if you like the original series.

I was very impressed with this movie. It kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end.

Idk. I love a good horror movie, but this one didn’t work for me. Instead of going a different route, it had the same female lead where it could’ve been someone else. It had the same “wait for everyone to die before I fight back.” The bad guys were different, not great, but it started to include the politics and I just got really annoyed. The diverse group was also stereotypical in movies these days. Should’ve just gave this a different title than the original because there wasn’t any wrong turn. Original was way better than this trash.

I’m very picky about movies but this is absolutely incredible. So many twists, I was on the edge of my seat. My absolute favorite and I’m a horror junkie.

It’s got some good gore effects and there were a couple of moments that it was a little disturbing and messed up but for the most part ITS NOT THE ORIGINAL. If you’ve seen the original first wrong turn don’t bother. The original was inbred psychos, this wrong turn was more like m. Nights the village if they forced people to join their commune. It’s okay if you never saw the originals but nothing like the orginal.

Worth the watch, not like the original but similar story line. Really liked it

This movie is awful. It has nothing to do with the wrong turn movies.

Solid cast, great gore, interesting plot, amazing ending. 30 mins too long.

It was a little different than I would have expected but, I still enjoyed it. It is worth a rent.

I rented this movie, and half way through it, I realized I took the wrong turn, and now there is no way to get money back! 😞
