In Moonfall, a mysterious force knocks the Moon from its orbit around Earth and sends it hurtling on a collision course with life as we know it. With mere weeks before impact and the world on the brink of annihilation, NASA executive and former astronaut Jo Fowler (Academy Award® winner Halle Berry) is convinced she has the key to saving us all – but only one astronaut from her past, Brian Harper (Patrick Wilson, "Midway") and a conspiracy theorist K.C. Houseman (John Bradley, "Game of Thrones") believe her. These unlikely heroes will mount an impossible last-ditch mission into space, leaving behind everyone they love, only to find out that our Moon is not what we think it is.

  • Poorly constructed plot

A bunch of emotive scenes that were hardly strung together. Characters were more caricatures, puppet like assemblages of clichés. I slept through most of it.
  • Pretty neat.

I thought it started out bad, but only continued to get worse…. So disappointed, it had so much potential

Really great action movie. People are too picky these days - I mean cmon it’s NOT a documentary, it’s a darn action movie! Watch and enjoy - I did!!

After reading the reviews, I rented this to decide for myself. It has comically bad writing. It doesn’t quite deserve a one star review but it isn’t far from it.
  • Make it stop!

Goofy, redundant (I think we’ve done this story a few times), not even a little bit interesting.
  • Horrible

Same basic disaster script as many before but done even worse. Well know actors should be selective in movies they do. Couldn’t finish the movie.
  • A thrill ride start to finish

This is a roller coaster ride of delight start to finish. Great acting, great CGI and the story is compelling. The movie isn’t 10 hours long so you need to fill in some of the gaps yourself (oh the horror). Definitely no long dialog scenes to educate the audience on what’s going to happen next. Overall the “critics” that want every little detail explained to enjoy the movie can stick to their easily understandable gender confused family dramas to fawn all over. This is a fun movie that’s worth the watch (maybe a few watches to catch it all).
  • Great fun! Love the Cast! 💕❤️
