The child actors are the heart of the film, they keep it centered and memorable!! Worth watching for the performances alone!!

This movie is an instant phenomenon for the ages. Merging dark and gritty themes from some very real life stories with genuine comedy between the 3 best friends and having that be successful is no easy feat. Every character was both fresh and relatable. The chemistry between the 3 boys was immediate and natural and a sight to see. I did not see this ending coming and was most definitely shedding tears.

This was a well cast feature with a storyline that moved quickly. It felt like a cross between Stranger Things, Euphoria, and the movie Garden State. This is a must see!

Incredible acting from such young stars. Intense coming of age movie with kids in really bad circumstances. This movie is intense and runs the gambit of emotions. Funny, sad, scary, empathy, nostalgia, witty, and more.

Totally not what I expect from reading the title. What a surprise! This movie is funny, sad, and so true to life. Gerrison, Dallas and Mylen did an excellent job and I hope to see their careers grow. I have recommended 1-800-HOT-NITE to all my family and friends.

In today’s world, life’s realities can hit fast and hard, especially amongst the young and less privileged! For a group of friends whose lives have been marked by the challenges of abuse and neglect at home, and a surrounding environment of little to no perspective of a way out, what held them together was a strong bond of friendship. Like a float in the midst of stormy waters, they hung on each other to avoid drowning with the weight of all pressures from every direction. Eventually the main character had to make the hardest decision, not the easiest, in order to find a purpose greater than his sorrows!
