The best Wick yet. Direction, production, sets, characters, cinematography, costume- it’s the best one of the four.
He fell three stories on to a van and walked away….lol

At this point we have to put Keanu in the category of one of the greatest action stars ever! He is so impressive in this movie and not only that…the world building and character development and story arcs are expertly done!
It was…an ending

Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of the franchise! *Also Spoilers!* From the start I have had great memories of going to the theater to watch almost all of them. So you can imagine my excitement when the 4th one came out. But…
It was an ending.
Pros: all of the aspects that drew us in to the first three, action, mystery of the underworld governed by the Table, solid soundtrack, fight scenes that always somehow add new elements to keep it fresh, and the ongoing story as we follow John through his journey to find freedom.
Cons: The action gets repetitive. As much as I like good action, it just seems that most of it is played out and not as entertaining as the other earlier films. The story also, was not satisfying! It got drab. It was dragged out and the actors showed it. All attempts to keep the momentum of the older films just seem to flop.
All in all I was just left a little disappointed. It was good at times but then it would immediately let you down. Worth watching once
Quite boring and daft

It was not nearly as good as I had hoped. But, I am glad it is over for John Wick. Just sad that it ended that way.
Wick getting slow

JW was telegraphing the crap out of his strikes and you could tell everything was choreographed. He’s too old to be playing these kinds of rolls anyway. He was so slow. 👎🏼
Dismal ending at last

A good story found a dismal ending. It makes sense to conclude the John Wick story at one point in time. But did it really have to be in such an extremely unrealistic way? This chapter was reduced to a “scary” children story with "colorful" events, unrealistic bulletproof suits, pseudo-Japanese sword fighting scenes, and, last but not least, a blind man named Caine with powers only known from the Star Wars, Avengers or X-men franchises. Really not “well played”.

Oh, The Miserable Irony
John Wick Chapter 4 may be a landmark technical achievement, but I kept getting pulled out of the film by the big locations with small characters, then isometric overhead angles and absurd character moves that screamed VIDEO GAME. Invincible fabric that when hanging freely, doesn't react to being struck by bullets? It's like watching someone play an old-school game with pretty graphics but crap physics. No immersion. Turned it off close to halfway through. Then stupidly came back later to finish what I started. What a fool I am, and only then did I learn it was supposed to look like a video game. Yeah, I clearly don't belong to the target audience. Shame on me.
Great illusion movie and sequel

The scene and action diversity is truly awesome to get lost in. Twists, turns, humor and “warrior” behavior rocks.
Completely worth the purchase price to see again and again.
