Really good movie but the end just kind of leaves you hanging.

It seems that just when things get interesting and the kids are faced with a serious moral and ethical dilemma which threatens their relationships as well as future — the movie takes the easy way out — offering viewers little — a better writer could have made this an engrossing, thought provoking film —

I hate dramas, but I loved Mean Creek. It even made me cry, and I never cry in movies. The music added a sad and depressing mood to it, and it wouldn't be the same without the music. I highly recommend getting it.

I've seen this movie over fifty times, and it still makes me cry. It makes me appreciate everything I have in my life. If anyone says it's anything less, they must be dumb. It's beautiful and enrapturing. I wish more movies were like this, it's up there with The Outsiders and Stand By Me. If you have any sort of sense, you'll buy this movie and the soundtrack!

Great movie! Shows how precious life is and how every action has consequences. This movie is moving and will put you on the verge of tears. Great story, Great message, ASOLUTELY AMAZING!

This is one of the best coming of age films since stand by me in my opinion. The acting was great and I would reccomend to anyone!

Along the lines if watching The Patriot I found a young actor trevor Morgan. O searched all of his work to find this movie. I couldn't get this movie out of my mind for six weeks because it permanently glues itself to your thoughts. You would never think something would happen to these Lisa that terrifying! I was in AW!!! I immediatly bought this movie and the soundtrack, and watched the movie everyday after school. If this movie doesn't impress you and Trevor Morgan who played Rocky doesn't impress you; Nothing will

this is an over all wonderful, moving, thrilling, different, moving, enlightening movie on the struggles of children bullying other children, insecurity, and foul play. My all time favorite movie by far.
