Jon Voight plays Billy Flynn, an ex-champion boxer who was KO'd by booze and gambling. When the wealthy, estranged mother of Flynn's young son begins trying to lure the boy away from him, Flynn must return to the ring to provide for his child.

One of the most memorable and reflective movies ever made. If this movie doesn't make you cry, one could say that you don't have a heart. Great family movie and shows the real essence of the relationship between a father and son and the lengths a father would go to secure what he hold precious, which was his son.
