Yul Brynner and Ingrid Bergman outshine the plot and controversy of the movie about the speculated missing heiress of the late Czar Nicholas II. The fall of the USSR and subsequent forensic examination of the exhumed Royal Russian family's remains have now placed the controversy of this film to rest, yet see it for the great acting. I especially miss Mr. Brynner's acting.

Ingrid Bergman won an Oscar, and it's easy to see why. She's the reason to watch this classic, beautiful movie. Buy it now at this price!

As a lover of old hollywood and the royal tsar family, this movie filled my passion for old classic movies. The gowns, and the waltz that was showed in this moive were beautiful. Really brings back the time before the dreadful revolution. Anastasia charter was played very well, had me believeing for awhile. Though the movie is a must see, the romance betteen Anastasia and Yul Brynner was alittle dry. The ending could have been better too, but over all, I give this movie an A. Please check it out.

Yul Brynner, Ingrid Bergman, & Helen Hayes??? What else do you need than the classic actors? This movie is awesome. H0wever i w0uldn't say that the ending was satisfying 0r "great"
