Boyz N the Hood

Plenty of reviewers here sing their praises of this movie. Read them. There is a lot of good in this film. My issue with this movie is the reverse racism. Having the character who serves as the voice of reason express the view that white men put gun shops and liquour stores in black neighborhoods in order to oppress blacks is as racist a statement as any I have ever seen. It teaches people to hate those of another color and is wildly hypocritical. Very disappointing.

John Singleton, God rest his Eternal Soul, Creates an all time 90’s film that shows us How people have it difficult in the Hood! Ice Cube, Cuba Gooding Jr., Laurence Fishburne, And Morris Chesnut give performances that also mirror how the Streets Of Los Angeles are Hell! It’s a definite must see!

If you don’t like this movie...you’re an idiot.

One of the best 90s films ever. This movie gets deeper every time I watch it. Shows you EXACTLY what goes on in the ghetto. Ice Cube, Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Morris Chestnut make a great collaboration.

Best movie ever

I love this movie and would love to buy it but it's only available in full screen format. Very disappointed in this!
