A group of aspiring actresses live comfortably in a boardinghouse…not realizing that the owner is a homicidal doctor that creeps through the walls and watches them through the heating ducts. His past as a gruesome killer comes to light when a Nazi hunter finds him; as his father was a war criminal and he feels destined to follow in his footsteps, and he begins a new killing spree.
