Description

This acclaimed British comedy centers on the intermittent romance between a charming (if slightly bumbling) Englishman and a beautiful American woman, who seem to always run into each other at weddings. Indeed, it is at the first of the title's four weddings that Charles (Hugh Grant) and Carrie (Andie McDowell) meet, enjoying a brief but fleeting connection. The spark is rekindled several months later, when they unexpectedly meet at another wedding. Unfortunately, however, Carrie has become engaged to another, a fact that complicates matters for them both.

This movie is really bad. I had to force myself to get through it. Very British humor. A lot of it was lost on me. Don't bother watching.

This movie is awful from beginning to end. Not funny, not interesting, and none of the characters are appealing in any way. Grant is unattractive and McDowell looks terrible. If I had to spend an hour with any one of the characters in this movie, I'd shoot myself. Just terrible in every way.

Classic film of a "dyed in the wool" bachelor finally finding his true love. What separates it from all the other movies with the same plot is how it tells the story, the editing is wonderful, and how enduring all of the characters are, everyone shines brilliantly. Hugh Grant does a wonderful job being the lead without ever dominating any scenes.

This is when Hugh Grant was adorable and cute. I think he and Andie McDowell have great chemistry in this delightful romantic comedy. I am happy to see it on iTunes.

I love this movie it is one of Hugh Grant's best movies ever it think. The movie is so funny that i couldn't stop laughing. The guy who plays MR. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) plays the prist. I love the movie a must see.
