Description

What happens after you say "I do"? Life is everything the ladies ever wished it to be, but it wouldn't be "Sex and the City" if life didn't hold a few more surprises...this time in the form of a glamorous, sun-drenched adventure that whisks the women away from New York to one of the most luxurious, exotic and vivid places on earth, where the party never ends and there's something mysterious around every corner. It's an escape that comes exactly at the right moment for the four friends, who are finding themselves in--and fighting against--the traditional roles of marriage, motherhood and more. After all, sometimes you just have to get away with the girls.

We probably rewatch the series every year and the first movie even more often. What were they thing with this? So awful it is unwatchable.

The writing was terrible.....and I’ve been a fan of SITC since the beginning. It had a few charming moments, but overall I’ll never get those 2 hours of my life back. Watch the tv series or the first movie instead!!

Its really not a bad movie but suffers by comparison to the quality of writing on the show and first movie. It's over blown and over the top but there are some genuine moments. This is truly the escapist Sex and the City. Smith Jarrod and Aiden are shoe horned in and while they are plot devices, they distract from any arc the characters had or any point the story was trying to make. Definitely one for the fans.

I'm a huge Sex and The City fan but this was a flop! Carrie was so annoying in this whole movie, after all the crap Big put her though she was upset because he wanted to sit at home and be with her?! Girl bye. And part where they rush out of that hotel cause that can't 50 grand a night is laughable they all have money made even more funny but the fact that Samantha is carrying a $20,000 bag CUT. IT. OUT

I can't believe people rated this so low. Was it Oscar worthy? Best film of all time? No! But it was fun, hilarious, and for fans of the series exactly what we wanted to see.

The first movie was a fun and sensitive follow up to the TV series. This sequel was awkward, disappointing, and frankly boring. Still love the characters and everything about the franchise... except this movie.
  • Fun, hilarious, and sexy!

I love how everything was summed up from the series into this movie. A couple of scenes were out of the ordinary but it was overall great! The movie had a great amount of funny scenes as always! I loved Sex and The City 2.
