Street Dance

Watching it with 12-year old and 14-year old girls. They all loved it! Enjoyable. Good. Clean. Realistic characters.

I love dance movies, and if somebody from my friends will ask me which was the best one… I will say "Street Dance" :) moves, feelings, and the music made me to have goose-bumps… :D <3

I'm normally a great fan of this genre of movie. Step Up and all the rest were carried off with gloss and glitz and great scripts and scenario's. This though is so predictable. Street versus Ballet. It's such a cliche now and it's a shame. If this had happened 5 years ago this might have done really well, but after so many other movies of this ilk it's not good enough to capture a new following. Lastly, and it's hard to say. We brits don't do this sort of thing well. It's one thing watching a good dance routine on TV but another trying to squeeze a film out of it.
