It is really a beautiful movie with some good actors. Don't listen to those review by so called experts on Rotten Tomatoes. If this would have been another Lolita remake where an old white man falls for a teenage girl they would have loved the movie. This is a movie I watch and rewatch. Will stand the test of time.

Don't watch it! They bang each other's sons and it just gets really weird!
  • Sound off, sound on, equally good

Rent it, and you will most definitely get your money's worth. The settings, cast, wardrobe, everything is beautiful and lushly shot. And it's a bold step forward in creative expression. Why WOULDN'T two young men fall, and fall hard for these gorgeous, interesting women? I was profoundly surprised by how it moved me. Sure, it wasn't the perfect movie, but none are, and this was a delight to the eyes...
  • Oddly good for the subject

Although this movie is a bit racy you can't help but enjoy this movie about real lives and real emotions. I love the strong women in this film and the honest and unabashed way they approach this subject.

Ignore the rotten tomato review and the thing about Sundance… this film is wonderful! I highly recommend buying it. Great performances, great story - I was completely hooked and then I had to rewatch it straight away. Obviously not one for children to watch though.
