This is such a good movie with a classic, well told story. To me, this is hands down THE BEST Thor movie and just behind The Avengers in my favorite phase 1 MCU film.

Chris Hemsworth is dazzling and funny as Thor his character on the world of Asgard he acts like a spolied boy who gets whatever he wants but no Odin his father played by Anthony Hopkins cast him out to Earth and Thor acts like a different person on Earth because he never been to earth before and that he has to learn Love, Respect, Patients and learn how eat🤣 I like how Thor meets up with Natalie Portman who later becomes his girlfriend and then leaves. But thor's character on Earth is the same way he acts on his home planet. And that character study i really liked because whenever thor is misbehaving with his asgard behavior it's funny and that what i liked about Thor and Chris Hemsworth really brought the role up there you know. Then we get to Thor's bother Loki who is just a joke of a character but whenever Loki shows up he is only played for laughs than being just a serious villian. In the end Loki sends a gigantic metal robot that shoots fire from it's eyes but Thor dosen't have his hammer and then gets and fights the giant thing. And then Loki becomes the villian and dies so sad that there were brothers and never had something in common with each other Thor is a mighty god and Loki is magic that's what he is. This character study is amazing it teaches us that Spolied Boys have to shut up and you learn how to behave like a grown up and get back your reward anyway this movie is good.

Amazing movie... but when will this movie upgrade to 4K? This is really annoying to me when movies released on 4K Home Video don’t appear 4K on iTunes.
  • Not a great film, yet enjoyable.

The hole concept of Thor is silly, so the movie should revolve around that. That what Ragnorok did. (Which was a great film, BTW.)

I get that people make movies for profit. I do. *Slight spoilers* However, in the beginning of the movie, Odin appears on Sleipnir, which is insane, because Sleipnir is Loki’s child. And, as we find out, Odin found Loki as a baby in that battle. Did Loki have affairs as a child? Hm? I could not move past the inaccuracies of the movies. In my opinion you either base a something of mythology in a correct way or you don’t claim to make a Norse myth movie at all. *English is not my first language
