For it’s time it had an outstanding cast and one of the first portrayals of Mickey Mouse . Laurel and Hardy and the original Bogeymen.
  • Colorized

It looks to me like this has been colorized. Tacky Tacky Tacky, and destroys any value it had. Hopefully, iTunes can provide us with the original version. Until then , it is scratched off my list.

This movie is probably forgotten but not for me! Watch this every Christmas! JK I watch it everyday! That’s how much I love it! Couple Things: 1.Laurel and Hardy (Stan and Ollie) are hilarious! “Because I don’t love him!” *cries* 2.First time I watched it,I thought Tom-Tom was Peter Pan! LOL! 3.I couldn’t keep up with the number of how many times Barnaby said he wanted to marry Bo Peep! Overall,This movie is amazing to watch!

This classic has it all! Great music, charming staging, holiday fun, and most of all the antics of Laurel and Hardy! This HD version looks amazing as it has been beautifully restored and the color looks perfect. This is a great one to watch again and again each Christmas with the whole family!

Laurel and Hardy have been such classics for years, and this movie definitely does not disappoint. Based on Babes in Toyland and this is one the kids can enjoy as well. My daughter fell in love with Mother Goose, and both of us fell in love with this film. This one is a must see, for when the kids finish their homework and can escape to the fun Babes in Toyland!
