  • Flawed but entertaining

Though there are plot faults and many leaps of logic throughout, there is a story there, there’s a sense of humor, and it’s entertaining at a basic level.
  • I Love This Movie - Thank You Luc Besson

Seen it 3 times. I almost never agree with Rotten Tomatoes, with their critics looking in their mirrors in self-adoration. For example, one of those so-called professional reviewers said that "The Professional" (a great movie) was Besson's only good film. Really? How about "The Big Blue" (brilliant), "La Femme Nikita", "The Fifth Element", "Kiss of the Dragon" (writer), "Wasabi" (writer) - it's incredibly fun), "Angel-A", "The Extraordinary Adventures of Adele Blanc-Sec", "Lucy", etc. Geez... learn your craft before you open your mouth! Besson wrote the screenplay to "3 Days to Kill", another really fun romp. So, if you like action and humor and a tad of pathos tossed in, chill out, laugh, and have a good time.

Awesome movie. Action. Humor. Getcha in the feels. A+
  • It's a character-centered action-thriller that deliberately has heart.

Forget the negative reviews because they're reviewing the movie wrong -- they thought it was a Bourne film or something. It isn't. It has action and spy/suspense stuff, but the movie is about the *guy*, Costner's character and how all of these disparate things intersect through him. IGNORE THE HATERS! It's good for what it is.
  • Great watch - Highly Recommend

Kevin walk down the path of older stars taking on action roles and delivers a great movie. Far and above anything that Liam Neeson (action only) has starred in.

Kevin was great and created a unique spy with a funny yet comedic edge. Although the story kinda jumped at the end from a wild crazy shoot out to peace and serenity it all in all was a good , unique story! The girl who played Kevin's daughter was lovely and he and her had a wonderful on screen real father/daughter relationship. All in all loved it!

The way you feel about this movie depends on what you're expecting walking in. I heard the reviews, expected a crappy flick. Saw the film, and I didn't think it was all that bad compared to the reviews. I liked the plot twist at the end, and how everything you expected to happen at the end happen. I wouldn't buy this movie, but I do recommend renting it if you liked Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit with Kevin Costner as the hitman versus the contractor. Good film with a few Brits. This was the only downside. That and the weird stripper practice thing toward the end.😝
  • This movie is beyond being a waste of time.

This movie should have been called "Kevin Costner has a mortgage so he threw this crap together." It is bad. You will kick yourself if you rent it anyway. I like Kevin Costner and I hated this movie. Watch the trailer, because all the best stuff is in it. The rest of the movie fails to do anything other than dissapoint.
  • Pease of crap!
