One of my favorite Sci Fi movies. Almost a documentary about 1950s Fleet Street.. the newspaper business with real contemporary cameos. One of the earliest environmental-man screws planet narratives. Well worth watching.

Cast was good, story had potential but with it was unbearably boring! I know it was done in a narrative style where the cast basically talked you through what was happening...however it was like a murder mystery without the murder. I could not seriously recommend this movie to anyone, even though it received recognition in a review of British science fiction movies.
