The video preview will let you know if you think it is funny or not. I think people who thought this wasn’t funny had never seen a farce before. A farce doesn’t take itself seriously, is outrageous, no holds-barred, way over the top silliness. This movie was a classic, cheesy farce. Growing up with westerns I thought this was a hilarious statement about life in the West. Westerns were always about propriety, honor, the speed of the draw...and this movie makes fun of the whole concept. Bathroom humor abounds. Blazing Saddles has met its match.
  • Very funny, if you have a sense of humor!

One of the worst movies out there. Tries to be funny but it isn't.
  • A million jokes that died in the west

This movie had some, SOME funny moments, but mostly all it was was just Seth McFarlane complaining about why he hates where he lives....that's it. The whole movie is built around this, and if that doesn't make you dislike it, then there's a lot of scenes throughout the film that just aren't funny. The acting's still pretty good though.

Honestly in my opinion I thought it was going to be bad based off what people told me ..but after seeing this movie, I flat out enjoyed it, I got all the jokes the references and especially the plot, just takes to right person with a strange sense of humor to see it!

A rather disappointing movie that has all of the potential to be great. I think I only laughed once and that was (perhaps) more out of pity. I have come to expect so much more from Seth.
  • Not as bad as people say it is

I really liked this movie. Sure it's not well written and it's too long, there are some funny moments, the cinematography is beautiful, the soundtrack was great, and the acting was good... Even from Seth MacFarlane. Seriously he wasn't that bad, he was good even though he liked himself. I hope he doesn't get nominated for a razzie. Ted is funnier, but it's still a good movie and very underrated.

I’d prefer to have the 90 minutes of wasted time added to my life also. what a let down.

This is just waste of money and time, the jokes are not even funny. It's the type of movie that would use disgusting sexual jokes, racist jokes assuming its funny. It also includes stupid seen with no meaning.. Just waste...disappointing
