  • It's a mixed bag, mostly a decent view of working class jobs.

This shows episodes have their up's and downs. From Bosses that you would love to run over to those that you wish you boss would be replaced by. Likewise some of the paired workers are ones that you can identify with that really are in the wrong job, or have been ignored so long that their work habits are out of control, to the ones who really don't belong in the "worker bee" level because they have such potential and understanding of the business that most bosses don't understand until they go undercover and really see the job and listen to the staff. It's funny because so much of corporate america would literally implode on itself for them to do this program. Past seasons have seen boses that were as fake as their makup for the program and this season is no exception. Of course, you can identify the "tag line" phrases they use when talking about the employees and the company before under cover. Some will learn from the experience, some will ignore the signs and go on with their head in the sand saying to themselves. "Well I've done everything I needed to do, I went on undercover boss." but that boss was just plain bananas. (Chiq.....?)
