Season 2 trimmed all the fat away and it has been a rollercoaster ride since the cliff hanger from season 1 finale. It has added alot of depth the the characters and featured atleast 5 match of the year candidates. Mixed in with all the cinemanic backstage segments. It's amazing

Not only the best wrestling show on television, it's also one of the best shows on television period! High drama, great writing, incredible athleticism and larger than life personalities make for the most entertaining hour of my week!

Its been a long time since something made me feel like a kid again. Lucha Underground does this well. I recently got back into wrestling again after the WWE network came out. Watching the Attitude era stuff made me realize just how "vanilla" wrestling has become since then. Lucha Underground is the best thing to happen to wrestling in decades. High quality matches, unique story telling between matches that other wrestling outfits lack, mysticism, culture. Everything that Lucha Underground does is the best anybody is going to do it, period.

It's amazing what they've done with Lucha Underground. All the characters are interesting, everyone has a story line, and the drama is real despite the sometimes fantastical nature. And the action? Draw dropping. LU has made me excited to watch wrestling again - the only thing that beats watching it, is being there live. Highly recommend giving it a try no matter your previous or current opinions of wrestling, it really is so much more than that!
