The Good Doctor, Season 1

Tbh at first I didn’t know what to think about it but as I watched it more the better it got. The people that leave and come in, the relationships! So much goodness because 2 people that I “shipped” since day uno got together and it was so good. I definitely recommend watching this because it is well acted (and props to Freddie Highmore) and Shaun is the best character because he’s funny and weird. I know he had autism but he’s also cool. I definitely recommend and you won’t regret

Se que esta reseña no cambiará el modo en el que operan, pero creo que es necesario que existan idiomas adicionales para las personas que carecemos de un segundo idioma, tal vez así se podría disfrutar del contenido digital que se adquiere y no existiría la necesidad de dejar una mala reseña y menos pedir un reembolso, ya que es necesario, por que no me permitiré ver esta serie tratando de encontrar o adivinar palabras que al parecer no entiendo. Es desagradable poner la confianza y el dinero en una compañía que jamás hará nada por los usuarios de sus dispositivos que no hablan inglés. Decepcionante.

This show is great, I wasn’t a fan of House despite its recognition but this show has exceeded my expectations, this show is a great example how autism doesn’t have to limit someone’s greatness, it has the perfect amount of humor to make it still feel genuine and it makes you emotionally attached in all the right ways, the soundtrack is superb as well especially considering the intro and outro score was created exclusively for this series. ABC picked up a masterpiece here!

My husband and I became addicted.It’s so extraordinary to watch The Good Doctor performance that is hard to stop.I hope they keep coming and we’re going to keep watching!

I bought the series after seeing an interview with Highgrove (I know he progressed years afer Augus Rush, but it's still my favrite movie. Then I got the gift of Richard--always pithy--Schiff with the package. Made my day. As I read thru the reviews, Highgrove's character was what people are returning for. I was let down in the pilot by a focus on a steamy sex scene. Oh, no, not another American Hospital mattress binge. Ho hum. Are the writers' perception of viewers that shallow? Reviewers seemed to be hungering for the out-of-the-box Good Doctor, not in-box supporting characters doing what they all do in every other hospital series. Further episodes deepened those characers; but I am most interested as they grow in relationship to Shaun. Who cares about their "general hospital' love lives? Relatonships matter and move the characters forward, but please give us something higher than the usual. Fankly, I don't care if the environment isn't real or the operations impossible. I respect that people in the hospital corps scoff; but most of us just see it as dramatic set dressing to heighten the drama. So what? Reallly? Also, the autistic spectrum is so colored with variation, I can recognize parts of Shaun in my own brother with highly functional Aspergers. From people's reviews, they don't seem to want the ordinary, but the extraordinary, character that isn't driven by lust but by truth. Too bad the main character has to be handicapped to be pure, but there it is. I suppose that the writers will eventually offer up the Good Doctor to be seduced by a woman to offer him 'love', although I hope not. It will be the death of it. Please take it higher. Be 5-star!
