  • Gives Coto a bad name

I have lived in Coto de Caza my entire life and this show give Coto a bad name. The show is scripted and unrealistic. Just because we live behind gates and have large houses doesn't mean that we are stuck up and materialistic. I have seen the housewives out and about and they dont act like they do on the show, they are just normal people.
  • Realistic?

If you think this is a realistic interpretation of the women that live in Coto then you either have never met a woman from Coto or met one of these women. This show is scripted and unrealistic. Having been raised in Coto De Caza and having lived here for 15 years I can tell you that the housewives of Coto do not act like this and the people here are disgusted by this show.
  • ORANGE COUNTY HOUSEWIVES ARE NOT ACTUALLY LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

I know thisshow is giving the OC a bad rep. but believe me my mom is an OC houswive and we are not mean like any of them. Tamara's son on our friends baseball team. I've seen plenty of them at Starbucks before. They are just normal people with a little more money. I get kind of sad whenever I hear from people who don't live in the OC, like how bad OC is, but really we aren't all rich and skinny and have like 300 properties and own HUGE buisnesses. We are like anyone else. Yes we have a different lifestyle but for the most part we are the same. Don't think of this show when you hear Orange County, you are wrong if you do.
  • It is just like Dallas..

I don't live around these women but Dallas has a population very similar. I have grown up with friends that have moms who behave like this! This is why I love laguna beach and those types of shows. It is hilariously funny to me, and also incredible that it is real. If you are looking to watch something for entertainment value only then this is the show for you.

Seriously, just another rediculous show making everyone in the world who has never been to southern california think that everyone is rich. i downloaded this just to criticize how set-up and crappy i knew it would be from the title. first off if they want a show about the "real" anything in corange county they should film some of the gang activity in santa ana, anaheim, garbage grove, or maybe how not everyone in orange county is well off and rich. i wish i could give a 0 star rating. its crap

I am trying to remember what kind of dog Jeana Keaough said she had, it was in the episode where they had the dog trainer come over and her husband said the only real dog is a labrador retriever (yes it's said i remember that but i really loved the dog). I thought they said it was a labradoodle, but i'm not sure. Pretty please help.

  • Entertainment can be selfish...

I like this show. I work hard and think of myself as a caring person who does alot for others, while trying to better myself. I get home from a long days work and I peek into the lives of people who seem to have it so easy. Its dawnting at times, but also makes me so happy to be me. Im not rich, I live in Tustin of OC... and I live alone, a pretty girl who doesnt date for money, I make my own. Imagine that. But its really fun to watch Joe manipulate Slade and Slade control Joe. I just like the drama, while I try to keep it from creeping into my natural life. My best friend used to be a dancer, and when she justifies it by saying that her old clientel were the sadly abused husbands of this town. I dont think its all that political, its just interesting to watch and makes me want to jump on a treadmill more often.
  • Pretty interesting, good entertainment

I like this show, it's pretty interesting to see how the "upper crusty" live. I don't take it any of it seriously. They are human beings just like everybody else taking care of their familys, ect, they just have more money. And if I had that kind of money I'd buy my kids things they wanted too.
