  • Too much “artistic license”!

    By eurekaau
Love all previous seasons! But changed the SPECIES of a major character!? Not in a “dream sequence....not temporarily for effect or dramatic license, but changed altogether. Nobody does that! AND you messed with all character relationships! Yes, they are the “same”ish characters, by name, but it is unforgivable the liberties you have taken so foolishly. Pick ANY successful, favorite, long running show and try your substitutions and mutations.....Simpsons-make Marge a Gopher and Lisa can be Homer’s boss, FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON!? Take South Park- change Stan into a talking moth, change the location to Tupelo Mississippi and Mr. Mackey can give guided tours to the birthplace of Elvis! A humorous show?...perhaps? But not FOR an ENTIRE SEASON! I give less than a star for your five star show! And I am still a fan by the way!

  • 2 Star Funny and 3 No Stars For Commecials

I’m a huge fan but it’s too expensive for 8 episodes and a million commercials. I really was expecting something real funny to kick in but it was just plane. It never made real sense. I’ll never buy in advance again!
  • Don't pay for commercials!

    By Kumarohaize
This content is riddled with commericals for FX's crappy other shows, both at the beginning and end of each show. Do not purchase until they remove their advertisements!

This is ridiculous FX, the fact that Apple allowed ads in a purchased TV show is beyond ridiculous. I WILL NEVER buy another FX show. Instead I’ll just wait for it on Hulu since apparently now there are ads no matter where you watch it.
  • Commercials!?

Bloody hell fx, if I’m paying for a show I don’t want commercials for your others included!

Congrats and great job and the company is going well.
  • Season 9 is horrible

    By meeman
Ism a huge fan of the show but this last season is terrible. Not a single funny joke, a talking bird with nothing to say, and a plotline that is glacial. I don't know what happened to this great show. The writers need to bring the show back to ISIS headquarters in NY and put everything back the way it was. Such a shame.
  • Still going strong

Season 9 is stellar so far. The animation/art is top notch. The style is unique and modern, but gives that desired nostalgic ambiance that Adam Reed strives for. The jokes are a coherent balance of the fresh & new and the Archer-classic (self-referential, series long) jokes. The voice acting needs no review, it has always been the best of the best. The story is intriguing and entertaining, but I do look forward to the return of the “real” Archer storyline and further development of these beloved and raunchy characters.
