The show just keeps getting better and better and better!!!

Don’t do it to yourself. The destroyed every character arc, and ruined the entire show. Stop watching after season three.

I came to the show with some expectations but those were quickly dashed as the seasons progressed and now I am happy to say I expect little in terms of my own expectations but have surrendered to the narrative the writers and characters place before us. This is not your typical show which uses fantasy as a focal point to amaze the viewer as we relish in the discovery that magic exists in the shows universe. We get that for a moment but the writers don’t rest on such an easy story telling device. Magic is used as a metaphor which creates more problems than it solves. The entire show is beautifully crafted examining the fears of growing up, the failures and limits of adulthood, the realities and complexities of relationships, the trauma of rape and the examination of our mortality and death. I came to this show expecting escapist fantasy and yes it has that but at a cost which reflects the beautiful and complicated ugly bits of life rarely handled in this genre. For some the show is difficult to watch because it reflects aspects of life so well that we don’t want to be reminded. Still, there are so many absurd moments, and inside references to modern pop culture and enough intertextual inserts to keep those in the know happy and satisfied to have discovered them in the first place. To really appreciate the growth of the characters you have to start at season 1 and watch it through season 4.

Spoilers!!! It's so good. Except for the more gratuitous gross stuff, we all know it when we see it Though that usually doesn't last for long but the adrenaline pushes you throught it. I do see a lot of Buffyverse and the Scoobies of a more mature and sometimes beligerant variety which sometimes is quite entertaining particularly ignited by spells that take the chemistry between characters and gives it a giggle, a wiggle and a squiggle. Now, if Drusilla & Darla had a love child it might have been Marina. Except she's a hedge and not a vampiress. Right now the majority of the group is ALL IN when it comes to bringing back The King's MFin Best Friend. And the fact that Margo is/was/is/was a King and has a fairy eye, I mean!!! I love the diversity of female characters and the rich layers of fun, passion, wonder, curiosity and fabulous confident women in all different roles, more than I've seen in a long time in any ensemble, which in my book is something to have fun with. And the musical episodes are my favorites. Some things are over the top like the sound design on some scenes (the high pitches that scare dogs away) and the gore.

Season 1, 2, and 3 of this show were great, but this season makes absolutely no sense. none. Never tries. Its like every episode is an entirely different nonsensical story.

This is a show with complex characters and how they cope with their complex lives. Yes, the show has magic but it’s not a problem solver. I love it and hope they continue the good work!

It's just good. Good, old-fashioned yet innovative Sci-Fi TV. The actor who plays Elliot is doing a marvelous job at a challenging role in particular this season, and Lord Fresh is hilariously heart-warming.

The over use of four letter words demonstrates the creator's lack of talent in dialog. For such an interesting story, the dialog deserves better. I almost can not watch Summer Bishil's character (Margo) anymore. Her character is corse, unrefined and one dimensional. The same goes for most of the main female characters - one dimensional and corse. The exception is Julia as a main female character.
