    It's now 5 days since the finale broadcast. But still not available here. For those of us with no access to broadcast TV, this is really crappy. How do I file for a refund on my season pass?

    This is unacceptable based on prior seasons of enjoyment. This kind of information should be stated before buying a season pass. This does not make me want to switch to cbs all access or whatever is available. Great show. Poor business decisions.

    The Amazing Race is one of my favorite shows, and I would give it 5 stars. I have given 1 star, however, because of the excessive delay in uploading episodes to iTunes, particularly the 5 day delay in uploading the season finale. Not what I would expect after having purchased a season pass.

  • Easier to Get a Torrent - why did I buy this Season?

    The implicit contract that is present when people purchase seasons for streaming is that we pay UP FRONT for the season and Apple steams the episodes in a TIMELY fashion. That contract is severely broken at Apple and this season is just one example. You have one job, Apple. Give me what I've already paid for. The level of customer service here is dispicable. The eposides are posted so late -- the most egregious being the season finale. I had to get a pirated version just so that I can view the show that I BOUGHT.

    Where is the last episode it aired a long time ago and the finale isn’t here yet. I paid to get these right after they air! I requested a refund and got one you should 2.

  • Very poor performance on CBS' behalf this season on this show

    I love Amazing Race and have been a dedicated viewer for many seasons. I'm really enjoying this season as well. I have giving negative ratings to media for delivery reasons but this season has been terrible for delays. Multiple episodes this season have been delayed 3 or more days and I've resorted to paying for CBS's subscription service to be able to watch them. If this is CBS' strategy, it's working and will likely save me money in the long run since I watch multiple CBS shows and up until now I've bought full seasons for every one of them through iTunes. My recommendation is if it's on CBS, don't bother the purchasing current seasons on iTunes. Apple support directed me to contact CBS when I inquired about the excessive delays.

    Came here on advise of Apple Support and find there's been lots of comments similar to this, regarding the delay of access to episodes even though they have been broadcast live. Content providers, If you plan on selling Season Passes, you have to be more disciplined regarding publishing of content and not delaying episodes... FAIL.

    The Amazing Race is one of my most favorite shows and as a show, I would give it 5 stars. Watching it on iTunes platform. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I figure it must be CBS that delays the release of the episodes (maybe they want to force people to watch on their website?) because other networks get the episodes up the next day without a problem. Regardless of who is at fault, this means a poorer viewing experience for the customers because by the time an episode is released, spoilers have been out there and this viewer, at least, has little incentive to buy an episode. At this point, I just want to read a recap and skip an episode. Thus my viewing pleasure is decreased by the delay in episodes and CBS and iTunes wallet is decreased if I never buy the episode.
