    I purchased the season pass for season 8. The episodes have stopped being available at episode 16 even though 4 new episodes have been aired since 16 aired. It used to update the day after each episode aired. I’ve chatted with Apple 3 times about this, and they blame it on the “content provider” not providing the episodes. Which is unacceptable since I’ve paid Apple for access to the whole season. I’m now requesting a refund for the remaining episodes that are mysteriously not yet available, but they refuse to do it. I’m a bit shocked that they’re willing to take my money and not provide the content I paid for. I thought apple customer service was much better than this. They’ve lost me for all future content purchases and I’ll be using amazon instead. Which I’m not happy about but at least they provide shows in a timely manner.
