Description

Stop the presses! High fashion goes lowbrow as this clever comedy shoots from the hip. Nominated for multiple Emmy and Golden Globe Awards, this acclaimed ensemble comedy was a critical and audience favorite, spanning the hilarious gamut from catwalk to casting couch. Set in the bustling editorial offices of fashion rag Blush, Just Shoot Me chronicles the daily grind of the magazine's quirky staff, as lovesick columnist Maya Gallo, penny-pinching publisher Jack Gallo, acid-tongued beauty editor Nina Van Horn, in-house photographer Elliot DiMauro, and power-hungry assistant Dennis Finch serve up all the laughter that's fit to print.

This was the funniest sitcom of the (new) golden age of comedy in the 90's...David Spade is at his sarcastic best, and the rest of the cast is fantastic too! Thanks Apple!!!! (I'm getting EVERY ONE of these!)

This was sort of like Newsradio, but at a fashion magazine, in the sense that no one ever seemed to do any work, and yet, every episode took place mostly at the workplace. For $5.95 it was a no-brainer download. The perfect amount of witty, sarcastic and full of completely unlikely scenarios. Loved the actress who played Maya, constantly trying to bring substance to style, her father, Jack, the magazine owner, Nina, the over-the-hill constantly-drunk/high ex-model, Elliott, the photographer dripping in model booty, and Dennis, Jack's male secretary, showing proof that yes, David Spade was once *very* funny. Reminds me of a simpler life and a much better economy.
