Description

Hey now!     Like most in this thread I believe this is one of the best sitcoms ever. The unexplainable poor quality is reflected in the DVDs too leading me to believe the missing comedy gold was probably inadvertently ruined by HBO. Given that they release everything now adays why would these classics be kept under wraps? I wish HBO would just own up to it instead of keeping our hopes up for them to come out. Please HBO, even if it is horrible quality, release the Sarah Silverman episodes!!! Hank and her talking about the colonoscopy is fantastic.

    I have no idea what those other reviewers were watching, but I thought the quality of these episodes was fantastic. Maybe they have shares in Amazon...? I have loved Larry Sanders since the day it first aired, and these shows still crack me up as much as Seinfeld, or more. Especially for anyone who's ever worked in Hollywood, it doesn't get any funnier or more authentic than this. The characters of Larry and Artie and even the secretaries are spot-on.

    What's up with iTunes shows lately? This is a GREAT show, but I can't stomach watching it in such poor quality video... It's horrible. What are they thinking? This isn't the first show, either... I've noticed it recently in other iTunes shows. I love this show, but I won't buy any more episodes with this amazingly bad video quality. iTunes just lost over $33 from me because this was my last "Larry Sanders Show" purchase.

    Garry Shandling ROCKS!! If only we could have the full catalog of the _Larry Sanders Show_. Might as well throw in _It's Garry Shandling's Show_ too. Hysterical!

    The Larry Sanders Show was, in my opinion, the best sitcom ever! Best writing. Best acting. Best production values. Period. I've got Season 1 on DVD, and now this, but what about the rest of the shows? Are there no other fans of this show out there screaming for the rest of the shows? I'm left with old VHS tapes that are wearing out to remember it by. Come on HBO, if they can put out Punky Brewster on DVD, you can certainly make all of us Larry Sanders fans happy!

    Net flicks has less expensive, faster and easier to use downloads. This is one of the best series comedies ever made. I think I will save some money and buy the dvd. The quality is very poor here.

    There's been nothing like this since. Rip Torn as Artie, Jeff Tambor as Hank, Gary Shandling as Larry all great. Inspired casting. I'd love to know the name of the song playing in the background in the final scene of "Hank's Divorce" just before the credits roll.
