Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew is the first television series to chronicle the dramatic, unscripted, real-life experiences of a group of actual celebrities as they make the life-changing decision to enter themselves into a drug, alcohol, and addiction treatment program with the sincere desire to achieve true rehabilitation and recovery. This season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew will follow celebrities such as Jeff Conaway as he checks back into rehab after a series of back surgeries, setbacks, and subsequent reliance on pain medications. Joining him in rehab are Sean Stewart, Amber Smith, Rodney King, Nikki McKibbon, Steven Adler, and Tawny Kitaen. Gary Busey, who is 13 years sober, will also be joining the cast to share his experiences and thoughts on the recovery process. This compelling true account of addiction, healing, and redemption is again being supervised with great compassion and insight by renowned addiction and recovery expert Dr. Drew Pinsky.

With the exception of Jeff and Gary, most of these characters are really likeable. I'm really hoping they make recovery day by day when they leave. I have alot of empathy for Steven, Sean, Amber, and the American Idol gal. I hope they make it! This is a really good show to watch and there's alot of good stuff to learn about getting and staying sober. Most importantly--it's one day at a time and reaching out to other sober people makes a difference.

Season 2 was the best. Dr Drew and the rest of the crew is awesome in my book. They do such a great job. Cant wait to watch Sober Living!
Love it however there is room for Improvement

i love how this show gives you an insight into rehab however much of the spiritual journey is been cut out instead of showing an intimate grip view of the patient and the struggle they need to overcome there addiction it s just the show is an event after an event instead of focusing and analyzing its as if there , really not showing the truth as if its raw but the juice in-depth grimy part of the story is being cut off and that is unfair for the viewer however it’s a great show love it thx vh1 but hey im only 15 so my opinion is different .

I had been happy to see this series because I've loved Tawny Kitean forever. It has moved me because having been a long time G&R fan I can also relate a lot to Steven Adler's pain in a different way. I'm intrigued by Sean Stewart as well so for the courage these celebrities have shown has been worth it but I will never again buy a series like this from Apple...why? The censorship. I did not think that purchasing this series would force me to suffer the constant BEEP--BEEP--BEEP. I thought it would be uncensored but yet again, the Soviet Republic of the USA knows better than us. Don't waste your money on this, set your DVD recorders to burn it off tv...you're only missing the commercials if you buy it-the language censorship is un-BEEP-believable. Series- 4 Stars This Purchase - 4 stars

Please get rid of Busey and Jeff- they are dragging the ENTIRE show down... It may as well be called the Jeff Conway show-or the Gary Busey show---Last season was MUCH better--I'm over both of these guys.

I like this crop alot better than the first. Especially Steven Adler. I haven't rooted for someone so much in a long time. He seems like he has a really good soul.
