I love this show because max is super funny

I hate season 1!

so i love max and ruby ruby is really funny when she's like max max but max does not listin to his sister he alawys finds a way to get his way i don"t know why there partents are not on it maybe they died but like on the episode roger's chocie ruby anbd louise wanted to play with roger but max thinks roger can fit in his little car. ruby said max roger can't fit in your car his nearly 7 in a hath but then max finds his big car when ruby and louise three choices for roger to do they had jacks hop sctoch and cro cay but when roger came over roger did not want to play with ruby and loui' games he wanted to plsay with max with his at the end ruby sand louis said i forgot thanks but there still one more bthing is grama there mother?

I love this show and I'm 9

So CUTE!!

I watch this show with my granddaughter. She loves it and so do I. Every week we buy her 2 new episode from iTunes and watch it on apple TV or the ipod all the time.

My daughter warmed up to this slowly- I did not let her watch tv at all until she was 2, then eased her into choosing between this and Dora. She does learn some fun things from Dora but I personally find the show loud and annoying, esp how they overemphasize words. With Max and Ruby, it's such an elegant show- they use real music in the backdrop, which I think is really important because it really helps create a mood and it's real music, not just sound effects that are loud. The dialogue between Max and Ruby (although Max only uses one word at a time, his expressions are wonderful) is nuanced and intelligent. There is also such a loving relationship and they are always engaged in something fun, if not a bit mischievous. My daughter now loves this show. My Iphone is chockfull and almost reached its maximum just b/c I have to keep so many of this series on for her! Did I mention the illustrations are phenomenal for a modern day cartoon- beautiful to look at. This show is excellent. My daughter often plays out the situations of Max and Ruby in her playtime, pretending to water a marigold garden, jumping rope while shouting out Ruby's rhyming words and baking 'wormcakes'! I love it!
