    The ab blast routine gives you rock hard abs. Pair it with the low impact and high impact ab workouts and you will never have flab again! All of these workouts are great and really work!!!

    I recently downloaded the Dallas Cowboys Boot Camp work out for my iPod. It's a really great program that is easy to follow at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. If your lookin to get in shape, you should really give this a try.
