Wizards of Waverly Place (Original), Vol. 1

Wizards of Waverly Place was the best show on Disney when I was a kid. I loved Alex Russo! She was the reckless yet good hearted protagonist and it's even better that she's a female. Her brother, Justin is the opposite, stickler to the rules. You'll like the dynamic that plays out where Alex goes against what other people say, which cause her to get in trouble, driving the plot of each episode. The show has humor and has good characters. Great show for kids and tweens.

Best show ever

When I was younger I would watch this show on repeat on Netflix. I absolutely loved it, and still do! I can find no where to watch it now though. Every where I look it's horribly expensive. I get paying $15 or $20 for a WHOLE season, but it's only HALF a season. In total if you bought ALL of the seasons it would be $140. That price is outrageous for 4 seasons of a show, even if you do love it. What's worse is this is the only place you can get it besides Amazon so they are basically making you pay that if you want to watch it. Disney has stopped every single one of their greatest shows that they have had. Shows that not only the kids loved, but the parents loved them too. They should at least try to put the shows like Hannah Montana, Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and Wizards of Waverly Place on either Netflix or Hulu, so that not only the kids, but the parents can enjoy the shows again. WITHOUT having to pay the outrageously HIGH prices to watch them.

I began watching Wizards of Waverly Place in 2008 when I was just 5! I fell in love with the characters and the plot. Once the show ended I was devastated that I could no longer watch it, but thanks to iTunes I can! I'm a high schooler now and absolutely love the show! I highly recommend! 😊😊

I miss wizards of waverly playing on Disney channel 😢 I can't it'll be 10yrs since this came out as of next year '17 (it's Hannah Montana's 10th anniversary this year) which is crazy to think about since it definitely doesn't feel like that long lol... Wish they put ALL the seasons in HD though! It's weird that only Vol. 5-8 are HD but I will live I guess. But if you can it would be cool upgrading those Vol. to HD sometime :) This show really does bring back a lot of good memories so that's why I don't care about watching it even if I am a lil older haha 😜 Also if you are wanting to get into the series this is (of course) the perfect place to start since it is Vol. 1 ;) I think Vol. 1 & 2 together equal the complete 1st season also (every 2 Volumes is roughly a season since they were originally 20 something episodes on TV) but either way if you liked this show then get it!
