Why isn't the family scrapbook episode not included in the best volumes of leave it to beaver?
  • Great show about the way family values ought to be!

The 50's was a different time, more people cared about doing the right thing for their families & each other… I was born in the Sixties, but I watched this show in syndication when I was growing up. Beaver got in so much trouble!:) Yet June and Ward showed so much patience and forgiveness, inspite of it! I can't help but think that if a kid like Beaver were alive today, his parents would be so angry with him, when he misbehaved, that they would have taken him "out behind the woodshed," or shipped him off to Military school, LOL!
