    Were the few who rated this show or series poorly expecting a documentary instead of a drame series? If so, shame on you, not the show. I find the writing, the action, the story lines and the cast excellent. I've looked forward to each and every episode.

    This show gives a great sense of how it was in the Viking era. All of it was put together beautifully. The actors, the set direction, screenplay. This is a must see tv show.

    I saw the high rating and thought it was worth a look. Eh, probably should have kept looking, but oh well. It has about half the brutality of Game of Thrones, with absolutely none of the drama or suspense. The acting is uninspired, the characters one-dimensional, and the story formulaic and predictable. But it’s not terrible - just average.
