This is not vinyasa flow yoga...this is Bootcamp yoga. I agree with the other review! I like the workout but I honestly had to stop many times to catch my breath. I love the workout and the intensity but it has a lot of cardio intervals and is tough!!
  • I'm so disappointed!

I was really looking forward to this! Seriously, I marked my calendar and counted down the days. I have all of Jillian's programs and I enjoy each and everyone. I really loved the last yoga tape because it kind of felt like yoga but was still a killer workout. This is nothing like any yoga I have ever done. I'm not exactly a yogi but I've done quite a bit of yoga. This felt like one of her usual workouts pretending to be yoga. Seriously, you do jumping jacks on a yoga mat. If I want a typical Jillian workout I'll do Ripped in 30 etc. I was hoping this would be more like the yoga I'm familiar with but just polished with Jillian's personality and immense knowledge. Basically, I just wanted the last yoga workout but new because I've been doing it weekly for over a year. Honestly, I didn't even finish the first workout and I have never walked away from one of her tapes before. It wasn't because it was hard or too much, I just really didn't like it. They're in the desert which is, whatever. But her voice is so loud and kind of tinny, something is off. Sometimes they'll start a move with little to no instruction and cut away while they're demonstrating. I'm not into it at all. Maybe I'll give it another try, maybe not but I am definitely bummed out.
