Description

In Season 2 of Bates Motel on A&E, executive producers Carlton Cuse (Lost) and Kerry Ehrin (Friday Night Lights) dig deeper into the Bates' twisted world. Norman (Freddie Highmore) fixates on Miss Watson's death, while Norma's (Academy Award® nominee Vera Farmiga) mysterious past starts to haunt the family. Her brother Dylan (Max Thieriot) becomes entrenched in the family drug war fueling White Pine Bay and finds himself right in the middle of the danger. Meanwhile, Bradley (Nicola Peltz) is driven to precarious extremes on the hunt to uncover her father's killer, while Sheriff Romero (Nestor Carbonell) is caught up on all fronts as everything in town escalates.

I really like Bates Motel. I loved season one, I think of it as more advanced CW show. You shouldn’t expect amazing television but the stories are good and interesting and the acting is really great (especially by Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga) This season focuses a lot on Dylan, the brother. I didn’t like him that much in S1 but I really liked his story arc here and I loved the finale. Farmiga continues to make Norma Bates one of the most interesting mothers in TV history!

Awesome acting & great storyline. I watched this show because all of my other fave shows like Dexter & Breaking Bad had ended. I was not expecting to find a comparable show to them but I did. Highly recommend to people that enjoy dark & dramatic shows.
