I downloaded this in hopes of helping me bust through a plateau. Since I've only been using it for about a week, I don't yet know whether it will work, but it definitely feels more effective than other walks of hers. I have two of Leslie's other videos and frequent her YouTube page for others (which means I'm also used to her talking so much and I think it's endearing). This one is different from any of her other workouts I've done. The intervals are definitely intense and the video does accomplish raising and lowering the heart rate again and again. However, it should come with a couple of warning labels, so I will add them now: 1) If you are a larger-breasted woman, you should wear two sports bras. A lot of the high-intensity portions utilize quite a great deal of bouncing, which brings me to...2) If you have given birth within the last 2 years or so and maybe didn't do all the recommended Kegels, make sure youre bladder is empty before beginning! And 3) Some of the twisting/shifting movements are difficult on carpeted surfaces. I don't have a hard surface on which to exercise and found that twisting my feet, in walking shoes, on the carpet, was probably harder than Leslie intended. You also can't get as much air time or as much lift to your feet when jumping or jogging. Other than those (which, really, are quite minor), I'd recommend this for a step-up from her regular walks!
