    Love Survivor! Very disappointed that I still cannot view the Survivor Finale which aired 2 days ago. I likely won't buy a season pass again from itunes because I don't feel I'm getting my money's worth. Sorry itunes...when you are able to get episodes available in a reasonable time frame, maybe I will come back. I give Survivor 5 stars and itunes 1 star.

    This is absolutely insane. We are coming on 48 hours. Apple - please give us an answer as to why this is happening. I want answers...and a refund. Not fair to do this to us with a high profile reality show when we pay a high premium for it.

    I can’t believe by trying to be honest and not download illegally we get penalized and still have not received the finale and reunion shows on iTunes. Really sad and pathetic to con customers like this. I won’t be supporting iTunes in the future!

    Officially the last time I purchase a season's pass of any show from itunes. Will also be the last time I purchase any individual episode. The delivery times are terrible .... 2nd morning after and the finale is STILL not available, are you kidding me? It is usually about 36 hours delay per episode, which is piss-poor enough. Itunes, you have done a swell job of marketing for Amazon, who has had the finale for at least 18 hours (maybe longer, that was the first I checked) and who, as of now, has my exclusive business going forward. You owe your customers a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Very delayed delivery of episodes especially finales

    iTunes delivery is slow to provide new episodes, especially when it comes to the finale & cast reunion eps. This is the case for several of the seasons, I use iTunes to avoid the potential malware of free streaming sites, but it might be the better option. I’m paying for a product & don’t get the series finale until well after the winner is announced on the news & media. If studios want people to pay for content, stop penalizing us for not seeking the free pirated route to viewing.

    The show is amazing BUT it takes too long for the episodes to be available on itunes!! I don't want to wait this long because if I do I'll get spoilered a lot from friends and social media so I need to watch ASAP! I've been checking itunes every hour today and STILL the finale isn't avaiable... hello?
