Cowboy Bebop, The Complete Series

Title says it all. It’s a travesty that this is even available without the option to hear the original Japanese dubbing.

Everybody’s complaining that this doesn’t have the Japanese track, but for five dollars how can you go wrong? I’m gonna say this as someone who is fluent in Japanese: this is probably the *only* English dub other than cyberpunk edgerunners that has a dub that does the Japanese version justice. It’s probably one of the best English dubs that has ever been made; it’s certainly one of the only ones that I enjoy as someone who always runs to the Japanese version.

iTunes I have no idea how to get ahold of you so I hope you see my comment on here. I love love love this show! There is a movie that goes with it as well! Can you please add it on here? I will purchase it if you do

got this on sale before I read the other reviews, sure enough only english audio and subs. bummer.

It's an amazing series however my issue with this release on itunes is that there is not a japanese audio language option and only includes the english dub. Nothing wrong with english dub and in fact it is quite good, however I simply prefer listening to the original japanese voice actors and deeply regret purchasing this with only finding this out after the fact. Hopefully this low rating will catch the eyes of somebody running itunes and they can retroactively add the japanese audio, or even add a japanese audio series for purchase. Again, the single star rating is only for the fact that the lack of japanese audio was not explicity stated and in my opinion, makes this falsely advertised in a type of way.

Love the characters, their development. The story is excellent, and the animation spot on. Five out of five.

I love anime and this is a great classic however every anime should have original Japanese audio as an option the English version is fine but the original version is just better as it’s the way it was made to be conversations are similar to the original version but not the same and in some cases completely different
