He Named Me Malala

I would like to write a review for this movie, but unfortunately it didn’t download. I was not able to watch it, tho i was charged!!! Can someone please tell Apple to credit my account. I’ll rent it again as soon as i’m given my credit. Thanks I’ll rate it 3STARS BECAUSE I KNOW OF HER

Our family watched this amazing movie which highlights the beauty and wisdom of such a young girl fighting for her rights to be educated. Shows her rise from a memorable and tough upbringing due to the Taliban and how she has risen after nearly dying. Great movie

Beautiful. It helps you understand the whole story of Malala. Who she is, what she has gone through, her personal thoughts and the conviction and the courage she has for someone so young. He named me Malala is an inspirational story of what one girl did and has over come to do what she believed in.

Powerful, invocative, poignant and inspiring. We really enjoyed how the harsh realities were woven in with enchanted visual story-book graphics… merging legend with the current reality.

The basic story and the girl herself are wonderful, but the message should be more about the situation and less on the sainthood of this girl- otherwise the message will suffer by making this about a hero rather than the cause she stands for. It will also ruin the person she is over time.

“I choose this life. This is a sacred life.” A story illustrating how love, encouragement and independent thinking can change the world.

We watched this at my high school... So good

I loved her book, and this movie. There were things I would do much differently as a director, however it is a very inspiring story which these folks have done a nice job with. There are moments that are great, however the interlacing of pleasant watercolors to shape the story didn’t quite work for me. However I am very happy I watched it and I marvel at how much she has shaped the worldwide attention to girls education, she is truly a force of god.

Education is what help any Country to move forward, take it away and loose your FREEDOM.
